Most governments in the world are imposing social distancing measures and strict quarantine regulations, but even though it will help with the spread of the novel coronavirus, it might take a toll on our mental health.
What works for me, and I believe anyone else, is the fact that we’re in this together. We can all relieve the tension on each other during these difficult times, and people have gotten really creative in how to spend their time during the quarantine.
