Kayla Eubanks is a Southwest Airlines customer that nearly missed her flight last week because the ‘concerned employees’ felt that they needed to check the company’s dress code policy before they allowed her to get on board.

Yes, you read that right.

Kayla has since decided to share her full experience on Twitter, and she included photos and video footage of what happened.

The situation was very frustrating for Kayla, and most Twitter users agreed that Southwest Airlines should apologize to her for the ordeal. This is unacceptable behavior!

Kayla was waiting for more than 30 minutes at the gate for the employees to check out their company’s handbook and look for more information on their dress code and her non-existent ‘violation’.
